What is your return policy?

 If you are in any way dissatisfied with a product, please contact me immediately and I will do my best to remedy the situation.

 With the exception of live plant products, products returned in original and resellable condition are eligible for a refund if returned within 14 days. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and insurance.

Sorry, but because I have no control over plant care once they leave my shop, I offer no refunds on plants. Each one is inspected prior to shipping.

Do you offer gift cards?
